Terms of Service
Effective date: February 21, 2026
By engaging Nexton Web Services, you agree to the scope, schedule, pricing, and payment terms defined in your signed proposal or service agreement. Project delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback and approvals.
All custom code, design files, and project deliverables are transferred according to the terms in your signed agreement. Third-party software, plugins, hosting, and licenses remain subject to each provider's terms.
Maintenance and support services are provided under a separate support agreement or monthly plan. Emergency support, out-of-scope requests, and additional revisions may incur additional fees.
